What is Uplin?


Uplin is a technology platform where patients have immediate communication with a live person and on-demand access to experienced, concierge medical doctors. Uplin is transforming how people access healthcare. Doctors on the Uplin platform come to you in your home, office, hotel, or wherever you’re located, usually in less than an hour (or on your schedule), to address your medical concerns. When the doctor arrives, you can expect the highest level of service and extraordinary medical care.




What is the timeframe for a visit? Are you really 24/7?

Will the visiting doctor wear protective gear?


Yes, the attending doctor will wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including a medical-grade face mask, protective gloves, and booties. In addition, depending upon your condition, our physicians may also use a face shield and disposable coverings for their clothes. What’s more, all of the MDs have been vaccinated and tested for COVID.

Patients may be asked to wear a face mask during their visits.




Who will be my healthcare professional?


With Uplin, you will always receive care from a highly skilled, experienced, concierge physician – not a nurse, not a P.A., and not a medical technician. You can learn more about our doctors here.




Is Uplin telemedicine?


No. With Uplin, an experienced concierge doctor will meet you in-person. Your physician will perform a physical examination, including checking your vitals, conducting tests, providing injections, and more – something you can’t get with a telemedicine visit.




Does Uplin take health insurance?


No, Uplin does not accept health insurance. However, you may cover the cost of your Uplin visit from your HSA/FSA account. You may also submit our receipt to your health insurance plan; however, coverage is subject to the terms of your health insurance plan and not guaranteed.




What if I need a prescription?


Your Uplin physician will send prescriptions electronically or call in to your preferred pharmacy when your condition requires prescription medication.

Please keep in mind, Uplin doctors will not prescribe narcotics.
