Payment Models to Match Your Needs
As a patient-centered team, we built every step of the medical process with our patients in mind. Transaction Model
Using the transaction model, you pay for what you need as you need it. Under this model, you’ll pay separate fees for each individual home visit and service as you schedule them. You’ll still have access to experienced physicians whenever you need them.
Membership Model
Memberships are tailored to each patient who will receive a certain number of primary care visits, sick visits and ancillary visits based on their specific needs.
