Every Membership includes:

• 24/7/365 access to an MD who will be on-call to you for MD visits or phone calls.
• 24/7/365 access to a Live Care Control Navigator to easily book visits or otherwise have your questions or concerns addressed.  
• A number of Primary Care Proactive Wellness Visits including at-home MD comprehensive physical exams; phlebotomy/basic labs; EKGs; Body Assessments; Annual Flu Shots; and Follow-up Visits with an MD that specializes in whole-health wellness strategies.
• A number of MD House Call Visits available, on demand, usually in 1 hour on a 24/7/365/NOW basis.
• A number of Ancillary/Extended Provider Service House Call Visits including X-Rays, Ultrasounds, IVs, Physical Fitness, Therapeutic Massages, Nutrition, and more.
• A discounted rate on all additional visits including Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Ancillary/Extended Provider Services.
• Everyone in your household becomes a Member and everyone in your household may share the allotted services and benefits under your Membership.
